더 셰프 (the Chef) has been open since December 2017. The chef-owner, Manuel Manzano, had been focusing primarily on his catering business and decided to open up a small Spanish restaurant near Hyochang Station in Yongsan. His Special Menu changes depending on what fresh ingredients he is able to procure.

It’s a small restaurant with 5-6 tables. Therefore, reservations are absolutely recommended. 

Everything was delicious and it’s a very strong recommend. Since it was just me and my wife, we didn’t have room to order the paella which is a large order. Will definitely try next time!
