더 셰프. Two New Specials @ The XEF – both Iberico pork dishes. (1) Iberico rib finger Moruno – W18,000 (2) Manto Iberico al Horno – W18,000. Same iberico pork but two different tastes.

The Manto Iberico al Horno is slow cooked so it is super tender. The rib finger Moruno pieces is de-boned, oven roasted and salt ‘n peppered. It’s chewy super flavorful. I enjoyed both but my preference was with the rib fingers.

Also had the opportunity to try the paella – both the chorizo and squid ink. Both are delicious but if you have to pick one, go for the squid ink.
