스시키마에 (Jongno)

This sushi restaurant is located in the back right side of the building of the Doosan We’ve Building. It’s a 3-4 minute walk from Jongak Station Exit 2. ₩80,000 for the dinner omakase. This place is very good for the price point. It’s even better if you work or live in the area. It’s not somewhere I would make it a destination

The basic Chawanmushi that accompanies most Japanese omakase – the silky smooth egg custard
At most Japanese omakase in Seoul, this is always the first sashimi that comes out – the 광어 (fluke) and 도미 (red sea bream)
Rather than for taste, it’s more for the texture.
잿방어 is also known as the greater amberjack, great amberfish, greater yellowtail and rock salmon
The tuna akami, the leaner cut of the tuna.
