스시쵸우 – Sushi Chowu (Hannam Dong) – A very quaint, intimate space with only 8 counter seats. A large number and variety of fresh sushi being presented in front of you. Decent value (W70,000 for dinner) and excellent service. When our green tea or miso soup was empty, it was immediately re-filled. In fact, I think I had my miso soup re-filled 5 times.
The only downside is the “efficiency” of the service. Piece-after-piece was presented in front of you as soon as you finished your piece. The service was uncomfortably TOO fast. I don’t think I ate that much sushi in such a short period of time. It was quite stressful in fact.
[If you need to go to the bathroom or take a cig break, go right before he serves you the dish that is my first pic which is about dish No. 23…it takes him 5 minutes to make that].
They could have gotten another bottle of sake out of us if they hadn’t rushed us. Nonetheless, they serve a lot of quality sushi pieces and it’s very worth it. Recommend you try it out.
