스시쇼우키. Probably one of the best sushi omakase value-wise you will get to experience in Seoul. It’s hidden in the back alley of Yeoksam near the Renaissance Hotel intersection.
W88K for sushi omakase. Lunch is even a better bargain at W50K. He hasn’t raised the prices for the 4+ years that he has been operating. You won’t be disappointed.
Place is small. Only seats 13 at the kaunta seki (sushi bar). Reservations are a must.
NOTE: There are mini appetizers that he serves pre-sushi course (not all pictured here) – egg sous vide, small clam salad, potato soup with truffle oil, etc.
He doesn’t provide you soy sauce as he sauces everything himself. I think he doesn’t trust people who will end up dunking the sushi into the soy sauce.

Great sushi omakase place with reasonable price.
