Highlights:  All-in-all, everything on the menu is delicious.
Lowlights: It can get pricey especially after the 2nd bottle of wine (with the cheapest bottle of wine being W50,000).
Bottom Line: Can’t go wrong.

Sam Kim, the celebrity chef on the TV cooking show – JTBC’s “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” – opened his 2nd restaurant in Hapjeong. It’s odd location. Speaking with Sam, he said that he had initially signed a lease in the popular hotspot – Yeonnam Dong – but the landlord decided to obscenely jack up the monthly rent at the last minute. So he found this spot – 2nd floor of a building that looks like it was put together in batches. 

Anyhow, the restaurant is very cosy – i.e., small. It’s an open kitchen so all of the food is prepared right in front of you. Can’t complain with any of the dishes. They use fine ingredients and it is deliciously prepared.

Sam Kim is there on site on most nights so you will see a lot of customers asking to take a picture with him as they leave.
