오스테리아샘킴. I have previously posted about this small Italian eatery in Hapjeong in May 2018. See Earlier Review. Made another trip back. New dishes. Same delicious experience. Absolute recommend.  Must make reservations as it is a small place. Occasionally you will see the celebrity chef – Sam Kim – behind the counter managing the staff and taking photos with patrons.

I want to point out that in the seafood dish above, they use fresh fennel which is difficult to obtain unless you work in the restaurant industry and know the suppliers.
