Highlights:  Quality and simplicity of the lamb and plentiful vegetables.
Lowlights: They are super stringent with the 1-rice bowl per customer policy. It’s spelled in bold red letters that one-rice per customer. No exceptions. They apparently use the Japanese “Goshihikari” rice.
Bottom Line: Good and consistent experience at the various branches.

Rule breakers: Using high quality wooden chopsticks a nice touch.

Only a few cases remaining of the ever so elusive Jinro Ilpoom Soju. Nationwide shortage. Jinro needs to re-cask the soju in the wooden oak barrels.
3 cuts of lamb.

Lamb chops. W28,000 per plate.

When you order rice, make sure you save about a 1/3 of your rice to have it served with tea – the Ochazuke.
