Highlights:  The authenticity of the Shanxi style knife cut noodles and spicy Sichuan cuisine plus dim sum.
Lowlights: People have different opinions on whether the dim sum is tasty or not.
Bottom Line: Interesting combination of Sichuan cuisine and Shanxi knife cut noodles and dim sum. Overall, a sensory delight of well-prepared dishes.

This place opened for business in January 2018. They are the same owners of the popular lamb skewer place around the corner – 송화 양꼬치.

Knife-cut noodles for noodle soup and stir-fry noodles, clams with black bean sauce, 6-8 different types of dim sum especially the famous Xiao Long Bao (XLB) -otherwise known as the soup dumplings and lots of authentic and spicy Sichuan cuisine . This place is solid.

You know (1) it is a legit place when most of the customers are speaking Chinese and (2) the restaurant doesn’t post ANY pictures on the wall or on the door regarding the fact that they were on this famous TV food program (수요미식회).
