This is the new location of Bubble & Cockles – the seafood bar in Itaewon. This pocha has been open for about 5 months. The owner-operator runs a wholesale fish stall at Noryangjin Fish Market so he brings in fresh fish everyday.

They accept reservations only up till 6:30 PM. After that, you have to take your chances and go there and wait. You can put your name and phone number down on the waiting list and then venture 50 meters to 강가네맷돌빈대떡, a very famous and popular foodie institution. Don’t do it the other way around though. Don’t go to Bubble & Cockles (Pocha) and put your name on the waiting list at 강가네. The jeon place won’t call you.
