본앤브레드 신관 – Born and Bred New Location (Majang Dong, Seongdong-Gu)
Located in Majang-Dong, a very famous beef ? market in Seoul, Born and Bred is your premier Hanwoo beef boutique restaurant. Amidst all the old butcher shops stands this giant, glistening oasis serving wet-aged Hanwoo beef.
One of their signature dishes is the tenderloin katsu sandwich – 안심카츠샌드 – for a cool W38,000. Hey, it comes with fries.
The BEST cut of the night was the 살치살 (chuck flap tail) without question. It was like eating butter. So much evenly distributed fat. And it happens to be the most expensive cut at W38,000 per 100 grams.
