This restaurant is an institution. One word comes to mind and that is …#legendary. The hanwoo BBQ beef is extremely overpriced if you ask SFP but the other dishes – bibimbap, galbi tang – are ok and especially if you’re in the area and want a good meal. Aside from their super overpriced hanwoo meat, what they are really famous for is their 선지해장국 (hangover stew). The word “선지” refers to the coagulated cow’s blood.

This place is so popular that there is a 30-40 minute wait during the peak dinner times. It is a big restaurant and serve high quality food. If you’re not interested in eating the tripe casserole, then go for the hangover soup. They’re so successful that I think that they bought the big building that they’re housed in.
