Ogawa

Ogawa

오가와 – Ogawa (Gwangwhamun) – It was my first time here. This place has been around for awhile – over 8 years. It’s located in the basement of an office building in Gwangwhamun. Dinner omakase is W70,000.

The sushi was alright. The quantity was alright. It just felt impersonal. The chef was not engaging. It felt like you were just a number in a seat and you were there to eat and leave. It was an average omakase experience. Would I go back again? No.

Dave W: “I left Ogawa full but unimpressed. It was a bit too big of a sushi counter, the AC was busted and there were two dishes that involved lettuce.”
