This bistro, located in Mangwon Dong, has been open for a little under a year. Soft opening in July 2019 and official open in September 2019. It was my first time here. Small menu but everything we ordered was delicious. The steak (Australian) was a little tough but for its price point, worth it. All of the dishes are under ₩20,000.
Found out that that this place is known for its beer and potatoes – fried and mashed. The fried potato we had with the steak was super soft. Initially, we thought it was mashed potatoes fried but it was potatoes that had been boiled and then fried. The appetizers were great. Accompanying the fried scallops was a cauliflower puree that was so good.
The head chef used to be on the cooking staff at Osteria Sam Kim in Hapjeong.
Definitely recommend. They accept reservations via Naver. It requires a pre-payment of ₩10,000 as a no-show fee. They accept reservations via phone as well. I think we will be back frequently. They said that they will be changing their menu every few months.
There is bar seating and one table that seats 4 people.
